Once the label has been issued, the tracking number associated with each parcel is sent back to Monstock. The connector also supports delivery status updates (Track & Trace). Tracking information provided by Yamato—from pick-up to final delivery—is synchronised in real time in Monstock. At the same time, the connector manages the return of goods. When a parcel is returned via Yamato, the return information (date, reason, status) is automatically integrated into Monstock, enabling instant stock updates and better management of reverse flows.

As soon as a parcel is prepared and validated in Monstock, the shipping information (addresses, weight, dimensions, products, order IDs) is automatically sent to Yamato. This transfer triggers the automatic generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL), in accordance with Yamato standards. Labels can be downloaded and printed directly from Monstock, simplifying shipment preparation.

At the same time, Yamato returns the tracking number associated with the shipment. This number is automatically recorded in Monstock and linked to the relevant order, enabling continuous traceability without manual intervention.

The delivery statuses (Track & Trace) are then updated in real time. Each stage — collection, transit, delivery or return — is automatically transmitted by Yamato to Monstock. This data is seamlessly integrated to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of the parcel's journey.
