Flow from Monstock to STG
When a parcel is created and validated in Monstock, the system automatically sends STG all the necessary shipping information: weight, dimensions, sender and recipient addresses, and the contents of the parcel. This data triggers the generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) directly from STG. The labels are then sent back to Monstock, where they can be printed and affixed to parcels ready for shipment.
In the same flow, the tracking number generated by STG is automatically integrated into Monstock. This immediate synchronisation ensures complete traceability from the moment the shipment is prepared, while eliminating the need for manual entry.
Flow from STG to Monstock
Once transport is underway, STG sends Monstock the delivery status (Track & Trace) at each stage of the process: parcel picked up, in transit, delivered, or returned. These automatic updates allow users to track the status of shipments in real time directly from Monstock, without switching between interfaces.
The connector also handles return flows, transmitting information about returns (date, status, reason). This data is integrated into Monstock in order to update the relevant stock and order records.
Viewing rates and taxes
