Connecting DPD to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

The connector between Monstock and DPD automates and optimises shipment management by directly linking order preparation in Monstock to DPD's fast and reliable transport services. This integration ensures complete traceability, seamless data synchronisation and significant time savings for logistics teams.

Thanks to this connector, the information needed for shipping — recipient's contact details, weight, dimensions, contents and delivery method — is automatically transferred from Monstock to DPD as soon as an order is confirmed. This automation triggers the creation of the parcel, the instant generation of the shipping label (in PDF or ZPL format) and the allocation of the corresponding tracking number.

Users can manage the entire shipping process directly from Monstock, without any additional data entry or handling. Delivery statuses, provided by DPD, are updated in real time, offering complete visibility on the journey of each shipment.

The tracking number assigned by DPD is then sent back to Monstock, where it is automatically linked to the order. Users can then print the label and track the parcel in real time from the platform, without leaving their work environment.

Throughout the logistics process, DPD updates the delivery statuses (collected, in transit, delivered or pending), which are instantly synchronised with Monstock. This continuous updating ensures complete, centralised traceability for each shipment.
