Connecting Mail Alliance to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

The connector between Monstock and Mail Alliance enables complete automation of shipment management, from parcel creation to final tracking, ensuring smooth, centralised control of operations. The integration automates the generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) directly from Monstock. When a parcel is created in the system, all necessary information — dimensions, weight, addresses, and references — is automatically transferred to Mail Alliance. This automation eliminates double entries and human errors associated with manual data handling, while speeding up the preparation process.

Once the label has been generated, the tracking number is automatically sent back to Monstock, allowing users to track their parcels in real time from a single interface. Tracking information is centralised and continuously updated, ensuring seamless traceability.

The connector also manages the automatic updating of delivery statuses (Track & Trace). At each stage of transport — dispatch, transit, delivery or return — statuses are synchronised in Monstock, providing an instant overview of the progress of parcels. In the event of a return, the return information is also sent to Monstock to ensure immediate stock updates and smooth reverse flow management.

Flow from Monstock to Mail Alliance

When a parcel is validated in Monstock, all shipping data (weight, dimensions, recipient address, contents and order information) is automatically sent to Mail Alliance. This transfer triggers the automatic generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL), in accordance with the carrier's standards.

Once the label has been created, Mail Alliance sends the tracking number back to Monstock. This number is then directly recorded in the shipping file, enabling unified tracking of deliveries from the Monstock interface.

Delivery statuses (Track & Trace) are updated in real time: every change in status — dispatched, in transit, delivered or returned — is automatically synchronised in Monstock. This automatic update ensures constant visibility of delivery progress and facilitates communication with customers.

The connector also handles returns. When a parcel is returned via Mail Alliance, the relevant information (tracking number, reason, return date) is transferred to Monstock. Stock levels are then updated immediately, ensuring smooth reverse flow management.

Finally, consultation of delivery rates and taxes is integrated into the workflow: when preparing a shipment, Monstock queries Mail Alliance to obtain transport costs, allowing you to choose the best option before shipping.
