Flow from Monstock to Mail Alliance
When a parcel is validated in Monstock, all shipping data (weight, dimensions, recipient address, contents and order information) is automatically sent to Mail Alliance. This transfer triggers the automatic generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL), in accordance with the carrier's standards.
Once the label has been created, Mail Alliance sends the tracking number back to Monstock. This number is then directly recorded in the shipping file, enabling unified tracking of deliveries from the Monstock interface.
Mail Alliance to Monstock feed
Delivery statuses (Track & Trace) are updated in real time: every change in status — dispatched, in transit, delivered or returned — is automatically synchronised in Monstock. This automatic update ensures constant visibility of delivery progress and facilitates communication with customers.
