When a return is initiated, TIPSA transmits the associated data (reason, date, status) to Monstock. The system then updates the stock levels and statuses of the orders concerned, ensuring perfect consistency between physical operations and computer data.

Before confirming a shipment, Monstock can query TIPSA to obtain the applicable transport rates and taxes. This feature helps to plan shipments more economically and strategically by comparing the available options.
