Connecting Tipsa to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

The integration between Monstock and TIPSA provides complete and seamless automation for shipment management. This connector enhances the performance of supply chain operations by synchronising all data related to shipments, tracking and returns, while significantly reducing manual tasks.

Thanks to this connector, the creation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) becomes fully automatic. When a parcel is prepared and validated in Monstock, all the necessary information — weight, dimensions, delivery address, order references — is sent directly to TIPSA. In return, the carrier instantly generates compliant shipping labels, ready to be printed and affixed to the parcels. This automation eliminates data entry errors and optimises processing time.

Once the label has been created, the tracking number is automatically transferred to Monstock. This allows users to track shipments in real time without having to switch between platforms. The entire process becomes more fluid, transparent, and centralised.

The connector also manages delivery status synchronisation (Track & Trace). Every update sent by TIPSA — from collection to final delivery — is automatically integrated into Monstock. This gives users complete visibility of the status of their shipments and allows them to proactively inform their customers.

At the same time, integration takes into account returns management. When a parcel is returned, the associated information (date, status, reason) is synchronised in Monstock, ensuring instant stock updates and smooth reverse flow management.

Finally, the ability to view delivery rates and taxes directly from Monstock makes it easier to select the most suitable transport service.

TIPSA continuously sends tracking statuses (Track & Trace) as the parcel progresses through the delivery process. This information — in transit, being delivered, delivered, or returned — is directly integrated into Monstock, allowing users to track shipments without changing environments.

When a return is initiated, TIPSA transmits the associated data (reason, date, status) to Monstock. The system then updates the stock levels and statuses of the orders concerned, ensuring perfect consistency between physical operations and computer data.

Before confirming a shipment, Monstock can query TIPSA to obtain the applicable transport rates and taxes. This feature helps to plan shipments more economically and strategically by comparing the available options.
