About SDA
SDA is a service for sending and delivering parcels to individuals.
Connecting SDA to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

Benefits of the Monstock connector with SDA
The connector between Monstock and SDA simplifies shipment management and optimises operational control of the supply chain thanks to seamless, automated integration. This direct interconnection allows users to ensure perfect coordination between internal flow management in Monstock and shipment processing via the SDA carrier.
One of the main benefits of this integration is the automatic synchronisation of data between the two platforms. As soon as a parcel is created in Monstock, essential information — such as weight, dimensions, shipping and delivery addresses, or the service chosen — is immediately transmitted to SDA. This automation eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and significantly speeds up the shipping process.
The connector also handles the automatic generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) from SDA. These labels are sent directly to Monstock, ready to be printed and affixed to parcels. This provides teams with a fast, smooth process that complies with carrier standards, ensuring greater productivity and increased reliability of shipments.
Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number by SDA, which is automatically synchronised with Monstock. This gives users complete, centralised visibility of their parcels without having to navigate between multiple tools.
The connector also ensures automatic updating of delivery statuses (Track & Trace). Status changes transmitted by SDA — collection, transit, delivery or return — are instantly integrated into Monstock, providing real-time tracking and improved responsiveness to unforeseen events.
Finally, returns management is fully integrated: when a return is initiated, the relevant information is automatically synchronised between the two systems, ensuring immediate stock updates and simplified processing.
By centralising information and automating each stage of the shipping process, the Monstock ↔ SDA connector reduces manual tasks, makes exchanges more reliable and improves operational performance. It represents a real strategic lever for streamlining shipment management and enhancing service quality throughout the supply chain.
Description of flows between Monstock and SDA
The integration between Monstock and SDA is based on automated and continuous exchanges, ensuring complete synchronisation of data related to shipments, tracking and returns. Each flow illustrated in the diagram corresponds to a key stage in the shipping process, with a clearly defined direction between the two systems.
Flow from Monstock to SDA
When a parcel is validated in Monstock, all the information needed for its shipment — weight, dimensions, addresses, type of service, delivery options — is automatically sent to SDA. This transmission triggers the automatic generation of the shipping label (PDF/ZPL) in SDA.
The generated label is then sent back to Monstock, where it can be printed and affixed to the parcel. This fully automated process ensures immediate compliance with the carrier's requirements and speeds up shipment preparation.
SDA then assigns a unique tracking number to each shipment. This number is sent back to Monstock, where it is automatically linked to the corresponding parcel. Users can thus track the progress of shipments directly from Monstock, without double entry or loss of information.
Flow from SDA to Monstock
Once the shipment has been dispatched, SDA sends Monstock automatic updates on the delivery status (Track & Trace). This information provides a detailed description of the various stages of transport: collection, transit, distribution, delivery or return.
Thanks to these real-time updates, users have complete visibility of their shipments and can anticipate any delays or incidents.
Integration also manages returns. When a return is initiated or recorded in SDA, the corresponding data — reason, date, status — is automatically transferred to Monstock. Stock levels and order statuses are thus updated immediately, ensuring perfect consistency between physical flows and operational data.
Viewing rates and taxes
Before confirming a shipment, Monstock can query SDA to obtain the applicable rates and taxes based on the parcel parameters and destination. This feature allows users to evaluate transport costs and optimise their shipping decisions.
Automation and triggers
Exchanges between Monstock and SDA are fully automated. Each flow is triggered by a specific event: creation of a parcel, validation of a shipment, generation of a label, status update or registration of a return. This automation eliminates manual intervention, guarantees data reliability and speeds up shipment processing.
Key benefits for users
Integration ensures data centralisation, real-time traceability and a significant reduction in errors. Users gain in productivity, visibility and responsiveness in managing their shipments.
The Monstock ↔ SDA connector is therefore positioned as a strategic solution for optimising the supply chain, improving operational fluidity and offering precise management of deliveries and returns.
