The integration between Monstock and Sagawa simplifies and automates shipment management within the supply chain by connecting the Monstock inventory and flow management platform with the Sagawa carrier. Thanks to this interconnection, shipping data entered in Monstock is automatically synchronised with Sagawa. Information about parcels — weight, dimensions, shipping and destination addresses, type of service and specific options — is transmitted in real time, ensuring perfect data consistency between the two systems. The connector also supports the automatic generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL). As soon as a shipment is created in Monstock, the corresponding label is generated in Sagawa and sent back to Monstock, ready to be printed. This optimised step ensures shipment compliance and facilitates parcel preparation without additional manual intervention.

Each parcel has a unique tracking number generated by Sagawa and automatically integrated into Monstock. Teams can track deliveries directly from their usual interface without having to log in to multiple systems.

The connector also manages the automatic updating of delivery statuses (Track & Trace). The various stages of transport — collection, transit, delivery, or return — are updated in real time in Monstock, providing complete visibility and optimal traceability of shipments.

At the same time, returns management is integrated into the information exchange. When a return is initiated in Sagawa, the corresponding information is sent back to Monstock, ensuring that stock levels and statuses are automatically updated.

When a parcel is validated in Monstock, all the information required for its shipment — weight, dimensions, addresses, type of service and logistics options — is automatically sent to Sagawa.

This transmission triggers the generation of the shipping label (PDF/ZPL) in Sagawa. The label is then sent back to Monstock, where it can be printed and used immediately. This workflow ensures full compliance with the carrier's requirements and smooth parcel preparation.

Sagawa then assigns a unique tracking number to each shipment. This number is automatically integrated into Monstock, allowing users to track the status of their shipments from a single centralised interface.

Flow from Sagawa to Monstock

Once the parcels have been shipped, Sagawa sends Monstock automatic updates on the delivery status (Track & Trace). These statuses reflect the different stages of the process: collection, transit, delivery or possible return. This continuous updating provides complete visibility and accurate real-time tracking.

In addition, returns management is fully integrated. When a return is initiated or confirmed via Sagawa, the relevant information—reasons, statuses, dates—is synchronised with Monstock. This ensures that stock levels and internal flows are updated immediately, without manual intervention.

Before confirming a shipment, Monstock can query Sagawa to obtain the applicable rates and taxes based on weight, volume and destination. This real-time query function allows users to plan their shipments optimally and control their transport costs.
