Flow from Monstock to PPL

When a parcel is created in Monstock, all the information required for shipping — such as addresses, weight, dimensions, and mode of transport — is automatically sent to PPL. This transmission triggers the generation of a shipping label (PDF/ZPL) in the PPL system.

The generated label is then sent back to Monstock to be printed and affixed to the parcel, ensuring that the format complies with the carrier's standards.

At the same time, PPL assigns a unique tracking number to each shipment. This number is automatically sent back to Monstock and integrated into the corresponding shipping record. Users can thus track parcels in real time from the platform, without having to log in to the PPL portal.

PPL flow to Monstock

Once the parcel has been picked up, PPL automatically sends the delivery status (Track & Trace) to Monstock. This status allows you to track the various stages of transport — in progress, delivered, pending or returned. Each update is instantly synchronised, providing complete and continuous visibility of the parcel's journey.

In the event of a return, PPL transmits the relevant information to Monstock: tracking number, reason for return and date of return. This automatic communication updates stock levels and order statuses in Monstock, facilitating the management of returns and the planning of reshipments.
