Once generated, the label is sent back to Monstock to be printed and affixed to the parcel. This automation ensures that shipments comply with the carrier's standards and eliminates the risk of manual error.

In the same workflow, Palletways assigns a unique tracking number to each shipment. This number is automatically integrated into Monstock, enabling immediate and centralised tracking.

Palletways feed to Monstock

Once the parcels have been collected, Palletways regularly sends Monstock delivery status updates (Track & Trace). These automatic updates cover all stages of transport: collection, transit, distribution and final delivery.
