Connecting Omest to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

Thanks to this connection, Monstock users can create and manage their parcels directly from their interface, without having to enter the information manually in Omest. Shipping data — such as recipient details, weight, dimensions and mode of transport — is automatically transferred to Omest. This process eliminates manual re-entry, reduces the risk of errors and ensures complete consistency of information.

The connector also enables the automatic generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL). Once the information has been sent to Omest, labels that comply with the carrier's standards are sent back to Monstock, ready to be printed. This streamlines order preparation and speeds up dispatch operations, while ensuring compliance with Omest's requirements.

Each shipment is assigned a unique tracking number, generated by Omest and automatically integrated into Monstock. This gives users real-time traceability of their shipments, directly from their Monstock environment, without having to switch between different tools.

In addition, the connector supports automatic delivery status updates (Track & Trace). Parcel statuses — picked up, in transit, delivered or returned — are continuously synchronised, providing complete visibility of shipments.

Returns management is also integrated: when a return is initiated via Omest, the relevant information (tracking number, date, status) is automatically sent to Monstock. This allows for immediate updating of stock and tracking information, ensuring smooth and accurate management of return flows.

When a parcel is created in Monstock, all information relating to that shipment — recipient's contact details, weight, dimensions, contents and delivery method — is automatically sent to Omest. This triggers the generation of a shipping label (PDF/ZPL), produced directly by Omest.

Once the label has been produced, it is sent back to Monstock to be printed and applied to the parcel. This automated process ensures shipment compliance and eliminates human error, while speeding up order processing.

At the same time, Omest assigns a unique tracking number to each shipment, which is automatically integrated into Monstock. This allows teams to track each shipment from a single environment, without having to consult multiple platforms.

Once the parcel has been dispatched, Omest communicates continuously with Monstock to ensure that the delivery status is updated (Track & Trace). Each stage of the parcel's journey — collection, transit, delivery or return — is automatically synchronised. Users therefore benefit from complete, real-time visibility of their shipping flows.

The connector also manages returns tracking. When a return is recorded in Omest, the associated information (tracking number, status, date of receipt) is instantly transferred to Monstock. This automation allows for immediate stock updates and improved operational responsiveness.
