Returns management is also integrated: when a return is initiated via Omest, the relevant information (tracking number, date, status) is automatically sent to Monstock. This allows for immediate updating of stock and tracking information, ensuring smooth and accurate management of return flows.

When a parcel is created in Monstock, all information relating to that shipment — recipient's contact details, weight, dimensions, contents and delivery method — is automatically sent to Omest. This triggers the generation of a shipping label (PDF/ZPL), produced directly by Omest.
Once the label has been produced, it is sent back to Monstock to be printed and applied to the parcel. This automated process ensures shipment compliance and eliminates human error, while speeding up order processing.
At the same time, Omest assigns a unique tracking number to each shipment, which is automatically integrated into Monstock. This allows teams to track each shipment from a single environment, without having to consult multiple platforms.

Once the parcel has been dispatched, Omest communicates continuously with Monstock to ensure that the delivery status is updated (Track & Trace).
