From Monstock, information relating to parcels is automatically sent to Go. This data enables immediate generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL), ready to be printed and affixed to parcels. This step is triggered as soon as a shipment is prepared and validated in Monstock, eliminating the need for manual entry.

Once the label has been generated, Go assigns a unique tracking number to each parcel. This number is sent back to Monstock so that all transport information is centralised in one place and complete traceability is ensured.

The integration also works in the other direction: Go automatically sends information about delivery tracking (Track & Trace) back to Monstock. This data is continuously updated, providing real-time information on the status of each parcel: picked up, in transit, delivered or returned.
