Data from Monstock (deliveries to be made, vehicle capacities and constraints, time slots) is sent to Woop / Mapotempo for optimised planning. In return, the planned routes are sent back to Monstock, ensuring perfect consistency between planning and execution.

This automation eliminates re-entry and the risk of errors, while ensuring real-time updates. Operational teams save time and benefit from end-to-end visibility of deliveries. Any changes made in one system are immediately reflected in the other, ensuring continuous and reliable synchronisation.

In return, Mapotempo sends consolidated and updated information back to Monstock:

• Routes: routes optimised and validated in Mapotempo are sent to Monstock, including planned itineraries, order of visits and estimated times.
• Deliveries: delivery statuses (scheduled, in progress, completed) are sent back to Monstock, enabling accurate tracking of the progress of operations.
• Vehicles: data relating to vehicle allocation or availability after execution is also updated to ensure a comprehensive and consistent overview.
