About Stuart
Stuart is a service for sending and delivering parcels to individuals.
Connecting Stuart to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

Benefits of the Monstock connector with Stuart
The integration between Monstock and Stuart provides complete automation and optimised shipment management, enabling companies to speed up their deliveries while gaining reliability and visibility over their flows. This connector ensures seamless synchronisation between Monstock's operational data and Stuart's transport services, for a more agile and responsive supply chain.
Thanks to this integration, the creation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) is now fully automated. As soon as a parcel is validated in Monstock, essential information — weight, dimensions, shipping address, order references — is sent directly to Stuart. Stuart instantly generates compliant shipping labels, ready to be printed. This automatic process eliminates time-consuming manual tasks and reduces the risk of data entry errors.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, the tracking number is immediately transferred to Monstock. Users can then track the progress of their deliveries in real time, without having to switch between different tools. This centralisation of information improves overall visibility and promotes better coordination between teams.
The connector also manages delivery status synchronisation (Track & Trace). Information sent by Stuart — picked up, in transit, delivered, or returned — is automatically integrated into Monstock. This gives users complete shipment tracking, enabling them to respond more quickly in the event of unforeseen circumstances or delays.
Returns are also supported: data related to these flows (date, status, reason) is synchronised to ensure consistency between systems. In addition, real-time consultation of delivery rates and taxes directly from Monstock facilitates planning and control of transport costs.
By centralising shipment management and automating data exchanges, the Monstock ↔ Stuart connector improves operational efficiency, reduces errors and speeds up deliveries. It is a strategic solution for enhancing the responsiveness and reliability of operations, while simplifying users' daily tasks.
Description of flows between Monstock and Stuart
The integration between Monstock and Stuart is based on automated, two-way data exchanges, ensuring smooth, centralised management of shipments, tracking and returns.
Flow from Monstock to Stuart
When a parcel is validated in Monstock, the system automatically sends Stuart the necessary shipping information: weight, dimensions, sender and recipient addresses, parcel contents and order references. This data triggers the generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) by Stuart. The labels are then sent back to Monstock, ready to be printed and affixed to the parcels.
At the same time, the tracking number is automatically generated by Stuart and sent to Monstock. This number is linked to the corresponding order, ensuring complete traceability of shipments from the moment the parcel is created.
Flow from Stuart to Monstock
Once the shipment is underway, Stuart sends real-time tracking and tracing information back to Monstock. This information — in transit, delivered, or returned — is automatically integrated into Monstock to provide complete, up-to-date visibility on each shipment.
The connector also manages return flows: when a parcel is returned, Stuart sends the relevant information (status, date, reason) to Monstock. This enables automatic stock updates and better management of reverse flows.
Viewing rates and taxes
Before each shipment, Monstock can query Stuart to obtain the applicable delivery rates and taxes. This real-time, two-way flow helps select the most suitable transport solution, based on cost and time criteria.
Automation and triggers
All exchanges between Monstock and Stuart are fully automated. Flows are triggered as soon as a key event occurs: creation of a parcel, validation of a shipment, generation of a label or status update. This automation guarantees the speed, reliability and consistency of the data exchanged.
Profits
The Monstock ↔ Stuart integration ensures real-time synchronisation between systems, full traceability of shipments and a reduction in human error.
It enables companies to optimise their shipments, improve customer satisfaction and become more agile in managing their supply chain.
