From Monstock, several pieces of information are automatically transmitted to Geodis:

• Parcels: details relating to parcels (contents, weight, dimensions, references and recipients) are sent to Geodis to initiate the shipping process.
• Deliveries: the associated delivery details (address, expected date, mode of transport, time constraints) are also transmitted to ensure that the order is fulfilled in line with the customer's expectations.
• Delivery labels (PDF/ZPL): Geodis automatically generates shipping labels based on the information received. These print-ready documents ensure parcel traceability and compliance with carrier standards.

These flows ensure rapid and standardised preparation of shipments, without re-entry or manual handling.

Once the labels have been generated, Geodis sends the tracking information back to Monstock:

• Tracking numbers: each shipment is assigned a unique number, which is automatically integrated into Monstock. This allows users to check the delivery status in real time.
