Collect + is a service for sending and delivering parcels to individuals.

Connecting Collect + to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

The connector between Monstock and Collect+ automates shipment management and simplifies the entire delivery process, from parcel preparation to customer delivery. This seamless integration ensures accurate tracking, reduced manual tasks and improved operational efficiency for logistics teams.

Thanks to this connector, information about each shipment — addresses, weight, dimensions and mode of transport — is sent directly from Monstock to Collect+ as soon as an order is confirmed. Shipping labels (PDF or ZPL) are generated automatically, as are tracking numbers, allowing shipments to be managed without re-entering data or switching tools.

Users benefit from full traceability throughout the delivery process. Status updates (collected, in transit, delivered) are synchronised in real time between Collect+ and Monstock, ensuring constant visibility of each parcel.

This automation enhances data reliability, reduces the risk of errors, and improves processing times. When an order is confirmed in Monstock, the data required for shipping — recipient's address, weight, dimensions and type of service — is automatically sent to Collect+. This communication triggers the creation of the parcel in the carrier's system and the immediate generation of the shipping label (PDF or ZPL).

The tracking number assigned by Collect+ is sent back to Monstock, where it is linked to the relevant order. Users can then track the parcel directly from their Monstock interface, without having to re-enter any information or perform any additional steps.

Once the shipment has been made, Collect+ updates the delivery status (in transit, at collection point, delivered), which is automatically synchronised in Monstock. This real-time update ensures shipment traceability and provides a centralised view of all shipments in progress.

Exchanges are carried out via secure APIs, ensuring data reliability and confidentiality throughout the process. Each synchronisation is triggered at every key stage — validation, creation, dispatch, delivery — in order to maintain perfect consistency between the two systems.
