When an order is confirmed in Monstock, the data required for shipping — recipient's address, weight, dimensions and type of service — is automatically sent to Collect+. This communication triggers the creation of the parcel in the carrier's system and the immediate generation of the shipping label (PDF or ZPL).

The tracking number assigned by Collect+ is sent back to Monstock, where it is linked to the relevant order. Users can then track the parcel directly from their Monstock interface, without having to re-enter any information or perform any additional steps.

Once the shipment has been made, Collect+ updates the delivery status (in transit, at collection point, delivered), which is automatically synchronised in Monstock. This real-time update ensures shipment traceability and provides a centralised view of all shipments in progress.

Exchanges are carried out via secure APIs, ensuring data reliability and confidentiality throughout the process. Each synchronisation is triggered at every key stage — validation, creation, dispatch, delivery — in order to maintain perfect consistency between the two systems.
