Monstock takes on the challenge of developing La Fabrique (La Gentle Factory & Adresse Paris)

La Gentle Factory, a committed and Made in France textile production brand incubated within Happy Chic (Mulliez Family Association), became independent in 2019. Under the leadership of its CEO Christèle Merter, the brand moved to Roubaix and rapidly expanded with the acquisition of Adresse Paris. The Fabrique was born, bringing together both brands. The need for a new information system and logistics became imperative, with Christèle Merter preferring an immediately available solution over internal development.

The company discovered Monstock through a simple Google search and was immediately impressed by the solution's ease of use and its ability to meet all its logistical constraints for today and, more importantly, for the future.

Managing inbound and outbound flows internally, having a real-time view of stock to supply all points of sale and retailers via the B2B portal and directly via the website, Monstock became the essential link in La Fabrique's logistics. The solution is used by everyone within the company, where all processes are managed internally (including returns, repairs, etc.).

Monstock also meets La Fabrique's specific needs thanks to its ability to handle "multi-dimensions," and its rapid implementation allowed La Fabrique to deploy its own logistics within a month!

Beyond being the central point through which all logistical flows pass, Monstock also serves the company's development needs, with real-time inventory management to validate the business, particularly the margin level and turnover.
