Flow from Monstock to Skynet
When a parcel is created and validated in Monstock, the information required for its shipment — sender and recipient details, weight, dimensions and type of service — is automatically transferred to Skynet. This transfer triggers the generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) in Skynet.
These labels are then sent back to Monstock, where they can be printed immediately to accompany the parcel. At the same time, Skynet generates a unique tracking number, which is automatically integrated into Monstock, ensuring complete traceability from the moment the shipment is created.
Skynet feed to Monstock
Once the parcels have been picked up, Skynet regularly sends Monstock delivery status updates (Track & Trace). This information — in transit, delivered, pending or returned — is automatically integrated to provide users with a clear and up-to-date view of each shipment.
The connector also handles returns: as soon as a return is recorded in Skynet, the corresponding information (reason, date, status) is transmitted to Monstock. This synchronisation ensures instant stock updates and smooth management of reverse flows.
