At the same time, each shipment is associated with a unique tracking number, assigned by Packeta and automatically integrated into Monstock. This real-time synchronisation ensures complete traceability from a single environment, without the need to switch between multiple interfaces.

Flow from Monstock to Packeta

When a parcel is created in Monstock, all information relating to the shipment (weight, dimensions, recipient's contact details, transport options, type of service, etc.) is immediately sent to Packeta. This action triggers the automatic generation of a shipping label (PDF/ZPL) in the Packeta system.

The generated label is then sent back to Monstock, ready to be printed and affixed to the parcel. This automation ensures that shipments comply with Packeta standards, while avoiding errors associated with manual data entry.

In the same flow, a unique tracking number is created by Packeta and automatically added to the order in Monstock. This number allows immediate traceability of each shipment.

Once shipments have been picked up, Packeta automatically sends the delivery status (Track & Trace) back to Monstock. These statuses reflect the different stages of transport: shipped, in transit, delivered or returned. Updates are made in real time, ensuring complete and instant visibility of parcels.

The connector also manages return tracking. When a return is recorded in Packeta, the corresponding information (tracking number, status, and date) is immediately synchronised in Monstock. This automation allows for automatic stock updates and smooth management of return flows.
