Once the label has been generated, MRW returns the tracking number corresponding to the shipment. This data is automatically integrated into Monstock, allowing each order to be linked to its real-time tracking.

Delivery statuses (Track & Trace) are synchronised automatically. Every status change — dispatched, in transit, delivered, or returned — is transmitted by MRW and updated in Monstock. This gives teams continuous visibility of shipment progress without having to consult multiple tools.

Returns management is also automated: when a parcel is returned, MRW sends the relevant information (reason, date, tracking number) to Monstock, which instantly updates the stock levels and order status.
