Benefits of the Monstock connector with MRW

The integration between Monstock and MRW enables companies to automate the management of their shipments and improve the traceability of their transport flows within the supply chain. This connector offers a comprehensive solution for centralising, securing and accelerating exchanges between the inventory management system and the carrier.

Thanks to this integration, shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) are automatically generated from the data available in Monstock. When a parcel is prepared and validated, essential information — such as weight, dimensions, shipping and delivery addresses — is instantly transmitted to MRW. This automation eliminates manual re-entry and significantly reduces the risk of error.

Once the label has been created, the MRW tracking number is automatically sent back to Monstock. This data is integrated into the shipping file, allowing users to track each parcel in real time from a single interface. This synchronisation ensures complete visibility and proactive management of deliveries.

The connector also supports automatic delivery status updates (Track & Trace). At each stage of transport — collection, transit, delivery or return — the information is updated in Monstock, providing continuous traceability and increased responsiveness for operational teams and customer service.

Returns management is also integrated: when a parcel is returned via MRW, the corresponding data (status, reason, date) is sent to Monstock. Stock levels are then updated in real time, ensuring optimal accuracy in inventory tracking.

Finally, integration allows you to view delivery rates and taxes directly from Monstock before confirming shipment. This feature allows you to evaluate costs in advance and select the best option according to your needs.

The Monstock ↔ MRW connector is therefore a strategic asset for companies wishing to streamline their shipments, improve the quality of their service and enhance the performance of their supply chain, while reducing manual tasks and operational errors.

Description of flows between Monstock and MRW

The integration scheme between Monstock and MRW features a series of automated bidirectional flows enabling comprehensive and seamless shipment management. These exchanges ensure consistency of information between the two systems, from parcel creation to delivery and return tracking.

Flow from Monstock to MRW

When a parcel is validated in Monstock, the shipping information (weight, dimensions, addresses, contents, and order references) is automatically transferred to MRW. This transfer triggers the automatic generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL), in accordance with the carrier's standards. These labels can then be printed directly from Monstock.

Once the label has been generated, MRW returns the tracking number corresponding to the shipment. This data is automatically integrated into Monstock, allowing each order to be linked to its real-time tracking.

MRW to Monstock flow

Delivery statuses (Track & Trace) are synchronised automatically. Every status change — dispatched, in transit, delivered, or returned — is transmitted by MRW and updated in Monstock. This gives teams continuous visibility of shipment progress without having to consult multiple tools.

Returns management is also automated: when a parcel is returned, MRW sends the relevant information (reason, date, tracking number) to Monstock, which instantly updates the stock levels and order status.

Finally, the workflow includes consulting rates and taxes: before confirming the shipment, Monstock queries MRW to obtain the applicable transport costs. This helps optimise pricing decisions and shipment planning.

Automation and triggers

All exchanges are fully automated. Triggers are defined according to key stages in the process: shipment validation, label generation, receipt of tracking number, or delivery status update. This automation eliminates manual handling and secures data exchanges.

Profits

Thanks to this integration, companies benefit from complete traceability, fewer data entry errors and centralised visibility of their shipping flows.

The Monstock ↔ MRW connector thus streamlines transport management, enhances the reliability of information, and improves the overall performance of the supply chain.
