About Logistar
Logistar is a software suite published by DSIA, dedicated to supply chain professions. Comprising complementary modules – OMS (Order Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), TMS (Transport Management System) and ANALYTICS – it covers all management and execution activities, from order management to warehouse and transport optimisation, with a modular, flexible architecture available in SaaS mode.

Benefits of the Monstock connector with Logistar
The connector between Monstock and Logistar enables end-to-end linking between management in Logistar and operational execution in Monstock, directly in the field and on the move. The aim is to automatically circulate information between the two systems to avoid data gaps and improve operational performance.
Key benefits for users:
- Time savings on a daily basisStructural data (items, logistics structures, orders, stock, etc.) is shared between Logistar and Monstock. Users no longer have to re-enter or duplicate information: data entered in Logistar feeds into Monstock, and the results of operations recorded in Monstock are automatically fed back into Logistar.
- Reduced errors and data consistencyBy eliminating double entries and manual updates in multiple tools, the connector limits inconsistencies: stock discrepancies, incorrect references, outdated statuses, etc. Logistar remains the management platform, Monstock reflects operational reality, and the two are synchronised.
- Alignment between management and executionOrders from Logistar (preparations, receipts, transfers, transport orders, etc.) become operational tasks in Monstock. As the field teams progress, Monstock sends the statuses, actual quantities processed and any anomalies back to Logistar. Management is thus based on what is actually happening in the field.
- Improved responsiveness and quality of serviceThanks to continuous information updates, teams can track the progress of operations, prioritise emergencies and respond more quickly to internal or customer requests (availability, order tracking, progress of preparations or shipments, etc.).
- Productivity and comfort for teamsEmployees can focus on organisation, planning and customer relations rather than file management and data re-entry. In the field, Monstock offers a mobile interface that is fluid and easy to use, directly connected to data and orders from Logistar.
- A reliable basis for reporting and continuous improvementBy aligning operational data between Logistar and Monstock, performance indicators are based on consolidated and up-to-date information. Analyses and action plans are based on reliable data from actual activity.
Description of flows between Monstock and Logistar
The Monstock – Logistar connector organises data exchanges around three main types of data flow: repositories, operations and stock/management.
Repository data flow
The repositories managed in Logistar (items, site and location hierarchy, third parties and other structural data) are sent to Monstock.
Field teams thus have access to the same reference data in Monstock as that used in Logistar: same item codes, same labels, same sites and locations. Receiving, storage, preparation, shipping and inventory operations carried out in Monstock are perfectly aligned with Logistar.
Operational flows
Operational orders created in Logistar (e.g. receiving, preparation, transfer and dispatch orders, or even transport-related orders depending on the scope selected) are sent to Monstock.
They are converted into specific tasks for field teams: receiving lists, stocking assignments, preparation rounds, internal movements, etc.
As the tasks are carried out, Monstock records the actions performed (scanning, data entry, validation) and sends key information back to Logistar:
- actual quantities processed,
- statuses (in progress, partial, completed, cancelled, etc.),
- actual dates and times,
- any discrepancies or anomalies observed.
Logistar thus has an accurate and up-to-date view of the progress of operations, without the need for re-entry.
Stock flow and management
Stock movements generated in Monstock (entries, exits, transfers, supervised adjustments) are consolidated and sent back to Logistar.
These flows ensure consistency in stock levels between the two solutions and feed into calculations, dashboards and analyses in Logistar: stock levels per site, turnover, inventory reliability, operational performance, etc.
All exchanges are designed to be traceable and controllable: each synchronisation can be tracked, which facilitates diagnosis in the event of a discrepancy. The connector thus makes Monstock the natural operational extension of Logistar, serving a more reliable, more responsive and better managed supply chain.
