From Monstock, information related to parcels is automatically sent to Hermes as soon as an order is ready to be shipped. This action triggers the generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL), in accordance with Hermes specifications, without any manual intervention.

Once the labels have been created, Hermes sends Monstock a unique tracking number for each shipment. This number is then linked to the corresponding order in Monstock, ensuring full traceability of transport flows.
