About Hardis Supply Chain
Hardis Supply Chain is the Hardis Group subsidiary dedicated to supply chain software publishing. It brings together the Reflex, Sislog and OIL solutions under a single brand and offers a modular suite (WMS, OMS, visibility and collaboration solutions) designed to optimise and transform the performance of logistics networks, leveraging the cloud, data, AI and an API-first architecture.

Benefits of the Monstock connector with Hardis Supply Chain
The connector between Monstock and Hardis Supply Chain seamlessly links the logistics management carried out in Hardis solutions (notably Hardis WMS / Reflex) and the operational execution managed in Monstock, in the field and on the move.
By connecting the two environments, key data (reference data, orders, movements, statuses, stocks, etc.) flows automatically between Hardis Supply Chain and Monstock. This provides teams with consistent, up-to-date information and enables them to coordinate operations more responsively, while reducing manual tasks.
Key benefits for users:
- Significant time savingsInformation already present in Hardis Supply Chain (items, locations, orders, etc.) is automatically transmitted to Monstock. Operators no longer have to re-enter or reconstruct data to work: they can use it directly in the field.
- Fewer errors and more reliable dataEliminating re-entry and duplicate updates reduces discrepancies between systems (differing stock levels, reference errors, inconsistent statuses). Hardis Supply Chain remains the management platform, Monstock reflects operational reality, and the two are synchronised.
- Alignment between management and executionOrders managed in Hardis Supply Chain are translated into concrete tasks in Monstock. In turn, operational progress (quantities processed, statuses, dates, anomalies) is automatically fed back to Hardis Supply Chain to provide a consolidated and reliable overview.
- Better service quality and responsivenessContinuously updated statuses make it easier to track commitments (deadlines, priorities, service levels). Teams can respond more quickly to internal and customer requests, trigger arbitrations or reallocate resources based on the actual situation.
- Productivity and convenience for teamsEmployees can focus on organisation, decision-making and management rather than file handling or multiple data entry. In the field, Monstock provides a modern, mobile and intuitive interface for executing operations from Hardis Supply Chain.
- Solid basis for reporting and decision-makingWith data aligned between Hardis Supply Chain and Monstock, reports and analyses are based on reliable operational reality. Performance indicators are more relevant, and continuous improvement plans can be built on consolidated facts.
Ultimately, the connector makes Monstock the operational extension of Hardis Supply Chain, while preserving Hardis as the central repository for management and performance.
Description of flows between Monstock and Hardis Supply Chain
The Monstock – Hardis Supply Chain connector is designed to organise data exchanges around three main types of flows: repositories, operations and management.
Repository flows
The repositories managed in Hardis Supply Chain (e.g. items, site and location structure, third parties) are made available to Monstock. This ensures that field teams work with the same data as that used for management: same codes, same labels, same site organisation. Operations carried out in Monstock are therefore perfectly aligned with Hardis Supply Chain.
Operational flows
Logistics orders created or consolidated in Hardis Supply Chain (receipts, preparations, transfers, inventories, etc.) are sent to Monstock, where they are transformed into operational tasks for field teams.
Operators carry out these tasks in Monstock (scanning, data entry, validation), and the execution information is automatically fed back to Hardis Supply Chain: actual quantities processed, progress status, actual dates, any discrepancies or anomalies.
Hardis Supply Chain thus has an accurate view of what has happened in the field, without the need for re-entry.
Stock flow and management
Stock movements recorded in Monstock (incoming, outgoing, transfers, controlled adjustments) are fed back to Hardis Supply Chain to ensure consistency in stock levels. The data reported is used to feed calculations, analyses and dashboards in Hardis Supply Chain, with a level of granularity tailored to management needs.
All exchanges are designed to be traceable and controllable: each synchronisation can be tracked, which secures operations and facilitates analysis in the event of discrepancies. The connector thus makes Monstock the natural operational extension of Hardis Supply Chain, serving a more reliable, more responsive and better managed supply chain.
