Connecting Evri Classic to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

Thanks to this integration, the entire shipping process is centralised and automated. Shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) are generated directly from Monstock, speeding up order preparation and eliminating manual re-entry. Each shipment is automatically assigned a tracking number, ensuring complete end-to-end traceability from dispatch to final delivery.

Users also have continuous visibility of the delivery status (Track & Trace), which is automatically updated in Monstock as information is received from Evri Classic. From Monstock, data relating to parcels is sent to Evri Classic to trigger the creation of shipments. This information automatically feeds into the generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL), in accordance with the carrier's requirements.

Each parcel is then assigned a unique tracking number, which is also sent back to Monstock to be linked to the corresponding order.

Once shipments have been initiated, Evri Classic sends several types of information back to Monstock:

• Tracking numbers, to ensure complete traceability of parcels,
• The delivery statuses (Track & Trace), updated in real time to indicate the various stages of transport (in transit, delivered, pending, return in progress),
• Return information, as soon as a parcel is returned, to enable smooth management of reverse flows.
