Data flow from Monstock to Unifaun

When a parcel is validated in Monstock, the shipping information (weight, dimensions, addresses, product references, order ID) is automatically sent to Unifaun. This flow triggers the generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) that comply with the carrier's requirements. These labels are then sent back to Monstock, ready to be printed and affixed to the parcels.

At the same time, Unifaun returns the tracking number linked to the shipment. This number is automatically integrated into Monstock and associated with the corresponding order, enabling complete traceability without manual intervention.

Unifaun feed to Monstock

Once the parcel has been shipped, the delivery status (Track & Trace) is automatically synchronised. Each stage of the transport process — collection, transit, delivery or return — is transmitted from Unifaun to Monstock. Users can therefore track the progress of parcels in real time, directly from their Monstock dashboard.
