• Deliveries: as soon as an order or delivery is confirmed in Monstock, the relevant information (addresses, weight, contents, dimensions, recipient) is sent to TNT to create the shipment.
• Parcels: data relating to parcels prepared in Monstock is synchronised, enabling TNT to generate the necessary shipping documents.
• Shipping labels (PDF/ZPL): Monstock sends shipping information to TNT, which returns labels ready to be printed directly from Monstock. This automation ensures data consistency between the two systems and speeds up the shipping process.

Conversely, TNT sends Monstock the information generated during the transport process:

• Tracking numbers: each shipment processed by TNT generates a unique tracking number, which is automatically imported into Monstock. This data is linked to the corresponding order or delivery, enabling accurate, real-time tracking of the parcel.
• Shipping statuses (implicit via tracking): although not shown in the diagram, this information can be used to automatically inform users and customers of the delivery status.
