When a parcel is created in Monstock, all associated data — weight, volume, shipping and delivery addresses, service type, and transport methods — is automatically sent to QuiqUp. This transmission triggers the automatic generation of a transport label (PDF/ZPL) in QuiqUp.


The generated label is then sent back to Monstock, ready to be printed. This automation ensures shipment compliance and optimises preparation speed.

Once the label has been created, QuiqUp assigns a unique tracking number to each shipment. This number is immediately sent back to Monstock and added to the parcel record, ensuring complete, centralised traceability of shipments.

Flow from QuiqUp to Monstock

Once the parcels have been picked up, QuiqUp automatically sends the delivery status (Track & Trace) to Monstock. These statuses include the different stages of transport: in progress, in transit, delivered, or returned. Each update is synchronised in real time, providing complete and reliable visibility of the progress of shipments.

In the event of a return, QuiqUp transmits the relevant information (tracking number, reason, date) to Monstock. This automatic feedback allows for immediate updating of stock levels and order statuses, without manual intervention.
