Connecting Mercitalia to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

The integration between Monstock and Mercitalia automates and optimises the management of rail shipments within the supply chain, while ensuring complete data synchronisation between the two platforms. This connector offers companies increased visibility into their transport flows, a reduction in manual tasks and a significant improvement in their operational efficiency.

Thanks to this integration, shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) are generated automatically in Monstock. When a parcel or batch is prepared, essential information — contents, weight, volume, shipping and destination addresses — is sent directly to Mercitalia. This automation eliminates double entries and significantly reduces errors related to transport document management.

Once the labels have been created, Mercitalia sends the tracking number for each shipment, which is then automatically integrated into Monstock. This gives users complete, real-time traceability of their shipments, directly from the Monstock interface, without having to juggle between different systems.

The connector also supports delivery status updates (Track & Trace). At each stage of transport, data is synchronised: shipment accepted, in transit, arrived at destination, or returned. This constant visibility allows teams to react quickly and communicate proactively with their customers.

The integration also handles returns management: when parcels or batches are returned via Mercitalia, the associated information (reason, date, status) is automatically sent to Monstock. Stock levels are then updated in real time, ensuring an accurate view of availability.

Finally, the connector includes the ability to view delivery rates and taxes, allowing users to assess costs before confirming shipment.

When a parcel or shipment is validated in Monstock, the shipping data (product information, quantities, weights, addresses and references) is automatically transferred to Mercitalia. This transfer triggers the automatic generation of transport labels (PDF/ZPL), which directly comply with the rail carrier's requirements.

Once the label has been generated, Mercitalia returns the corresponding tracking number. This number is automatically recorded in Monstock and linked to the shipment, enabling centralised and continuous tracking.

The delivery statuses (Track & Trace) are automatically updated throughout the transport process. Each time there is a change in status — shipped, in transit, delivered or returned — Mercitalia transmits the corresponding information to Monstock. This data is integrated in real time, ensuring total visibility of the status of each shipment.

The connector also handles returns: when a shipment is returned via Mercitalia, the return data (ID, status, reason) is synchronised with Monstock. This allows for immediate stock updates and better control of reverse flows.

Viewing rates and taxes

When preparing shipments, Monstock can query Mercitalia to obtain applicable rates and taxes before validation. This feature allows you to control costs and optimise shipping decisions.
