KTO sends track and trace updates back to Monstock. This information provides real-time status updates on each shipment: parcel dispatched, in transit, delivered or returned. These updates are automated and continuous, offering 360° visibility on all deliveries.

The connector also supports returns management. As soon as a parcel is returned via KTO, the associated data is synchronised with Monstock, triggering a stock update and closing the transport cycle.

Finally, shipping rates and taxes are sent by KTO to Monstock, ensuring up-to-date information for cost planning and invoicing.
