Flow from Monstock to HRP

From Monstock, parcel data is automatically sent to HRP as soon as a shipment is validated. This step triggers the generation of shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) that comply with HRP standards. Thanks to this automation, teams no longer need to use multiple interfaces: all labels are created directly from Monstock.

Once the labels have been issued, HRP sends Monstock a unique tracking number associated with each parcel. This number is automatically integrated into the shipping document, enabling complete traceability without the need for manual re-entry.

HRP flow to Monstock

In return, HRP transmits information related to delivery tracking (Track & Trace). These continuous updates provide information on the status of each shipment: picked up, in transit, delivered or returned.

Returns are also integrated into the flow. As soon as a return is recorded at HRP, the corresponding information is sent back to Monstock, triggering an update of stock levels and the management of returned items.
