About Generix
Generix Group is a SaaS solutions provider specialising in supply chain and financial flow management. Its solutions cover the execution and management of operations with a comprehensive range of software: WMS, TMS, OMS, YMS, supply management, analytics, EDI and electronic invoicing. Used in more than 2,000 warehouses and in over 60 countries, Generix solutions help industrial, distribution and logistics companies optimise their goods and data flows, improve operational performance and secure their B2B exchanges in an open and scalable cloud environment.

Benefits of the Monstock connector with Generix
The connector between Monstock and Generix links the management functions handled in Generix (WMS, TMS, OMS, etc.) with the operational execution carried out in Monstock, as close as possible to the field and on the move.
By automatically circulating data between the two solutions, integration eliminates re-entry, limits errors, and continuously aligns the vision of central and field teams.
Operational benefits for users:
- Daily time savings: references (items, sites, locations, etc.), orders and instructions from Generix are sent to Monstock without any manual intervention. Operators have direct access to the right information to carry out their tasks.
- Reduction in errors and discrepancies: eliminating duplicate entries and parallel updates limits stock inconsistencies, reference errors, and incorrectly entered or misaligned statuses between systems.
- Native data synchronisation: as operations are carried out in Monstock (receipts, preparations, transfers, inventories), quantities, statuses and dates are fed back to Generix. The two environments remain synchronised, whether for stock, orders or the progress of operations.
- Better service quality: with up-to-date statuses and an accurate view of execution, teams can respond more quickly to internal or customer requests, prioritise emergencies, arbitrate volumes and secure commitments.
- Enhanced productivity: management teams focus on analysis and decision-making rather than consolidating files and checking discrepancies. Field teams benefit from a user-friendly, connected mobile application that simplifies their daily work.
- Business and strategic advantage: the company has a unified view of its operations, supported by reliable data, which facilitates performance monitoring, team motivation and the implementation of continuous improvement plans.
In summary, the connector makes Monstock the natural operational extension of Generix, serving to create a more fluid, reliable and responsive supply chain.
Description of flows between Monstock and Generix
The Monstock–Generix integration is structured around three main types of data flows:
- repository flows,
- operational flows,
- flows related to stocks and management.
Repository flows
The reference systems managed in Generix are made available to Monstock so that field teams can work on a common, up-to-date basis:
- Articles/products: codes, descriptions, management units, packaging and main characteristics are transferred from Generix to Monstock. Physical operations carried out in Monstock (receipt, storage, preparation, inventory, etc.) are therefore based on the same reference system as that used for management.
- Sites, warehouses, zones, locations: the structure of sites and locations defined in Generix is replicated in Monstock. Movements recorded in Monstock (incoming, outgoing, transfers) are therefore perfectly linked to the same physical organisation.
- Third parties (customers, suppliers, carriers, partners) where applicable: this information enables business flows to be correctly identified and the operations associated with each party to be traced.
Operational flows
Operational flows translate orders created in Generix into concrete tasks in Monstock, then report back to Generix on their execution in the field.
- Transfer of orders from Generix to Monstock:
Logistics orders (e.g. receipts, preparations, transfers, inventories, depending on the scope selected) are generated or orchestrated in Generix. They are then sent to Monstock, where they become operational lists and tasks: deliveries to be processed, orders to be prepared, movements to be carried out, locations to be checked, etc. - Feedback from Monstock execution to Generix:
At each key stage, Monstock updates the actual status of operations and sends this information back to Generix: - quantities actually received, prepared, transferred or adjusted,
- progress statuses (in progress, partial, completed, cancelled, abnormal, etc.),
- actual dates and times,
- discrepancies or anomalies observed (missing items, substitutions, damage, etc.).
Generix thus has an accurate view of what has happened in the field, without the need for re-entry, and can update its own processes (invoicing, service commitments, analyses, etc.).
Stock flow and control
Finally, stock and control flows ensure the consistency and usability of consolidated data:
- Stock level synchronisation:
Stock movements recorded in Monstock (incoming goods, outgoing goods, transfers, supervised adjustments) are sent to Generix, which consolidates this information to ensure consistency in quantities and locations. - Control feed: Thanks to execution and stock flows, Generix can feed its dashboards and analyses with data from the field, which is continuously updated. Performance indicators (availability, stock reliability, on-time delivery, productivity, etc.) are based on consolidated information taken directly from operations carried out in Monstock.
All exchanges are tracked and verifiable, which facilitates synchronisation monitoring and diagnostics in the event of discrepancies. The Monstock–Generix integration thus provides a robust foundation for managing and executing the supply chain in a consistent, fluid and results-oriented manner.
