Connecting Express One to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

The connector between Monstock and Express One offers complete automation of shipment management, tracking and returns, resulting in a smoother and more efficient supply chain. Thanks to this connector, parcel preparation, dispatch and tracking are fully centralised in Monstock. Tracking numbers are created and synchronised instantly between the two systems, enabling complete shipment tracking without the risk of errors or loss of information.

The connector also manages the return flow: as soon as a return is initiated in Express One, the corresponding data is sent back to Monstock. This gives teams complete visibility over reverse flows, making it easier to manage returns and control stock levels.

From Monstock, information relating to parcels is automatically sent to Express One. This data enables shipping labels (PDF/ZPL) to be generated directly in the carrier's system, ensuring shipment compliance and faster preparation.
At this stage, Express One also assigns a unique tracking number to each parcel, which is immediately synchronised with Monstock.

Once shipments have been initiated, several types of information are automatically sent from Express One to Monstock:

• Tracking numbers, to ensure complete traceability of each shipment,
• The delivery statuses (Track & Trace), updated in real time at each stage of transport,
