Connecting Cycleon to Monstock will allow you to edit the transport labels for sending your packages, and to benefit from precise real-time monitoring of the location of your packages and the status of your deliveries.

This triggers the creation of a return file in the carrier's system and the generation of the return labels required for shipment.

The associated tracking number is then sent back to Monstock, enabling full tracking of the parcel throughout the return process. Users can view the progress in real time — collection, transit, receipt or completion of the return — directly from their Monstock interface, without any additional manual operations.

Cycleon updates are continuously synchronised, ensuring consistency of information between the two systems. Data is exchanged via secure APIs, ensuring reliability, confidentiality and traceability.
